A. The Seller warrants that the Product will perform its intended functions and be free from defects at the time of delivery.
B. The Seller shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the Buyer arising from the use or inability to use the Product.
2. Refund or Exchange:
A. If customer is not satisfied with the product or software they may initiate a request for refund & return of product within 7 working days from the date of document signed (same as date of product purchased).
B. The return or request for refund to be initiated in written via mail or registered email.
C. In case of return or exchange of physical device, buyer has to bear the shipping and return charges or restocking fee i.e. 15% to 45% depending upon the product condition.
D. In case of product is physically damaged by the customer so seller has rights to deny the return/exchange request.
3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
A. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the California, USA.
B. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the jurisdiction of the California.
